Becoming A Billionaire, One Ice Cream at a Time

Amidst the bustling atmosphere, a sense of camaraderie has developed among competing food trucks at the National Mall. Muhammad Abdullah, a Mauritanian ice cream vendor, teamed up with an experienced business partner to run their ice cream truck. Similarly, Muhammad Hussan, a Pakistani immigrant, efficiently operates his own successful ice cream truck and aspires to own it someday. On another corner, Sam Jun, an immigrant from South Korea, runs a stand with passion and determination, aiming to achieve the “American dream.” Despite facing challenges, the younger generation of vendors remains hopeful, with aspirations of great success driving them forward, like Abdullah’s dream of becoming a billionaire.
